Sport Bike Air Suspension Presents:

Sport Bike Air Suspension

DSC BIKESHOP carries air ride suspension for many motorcycles like Hayabusa, GSXR, R1 and ZX14. Our system is NOT an air cylinder, but an actual bleed and feed air spring, complete with compression, rebound capability and micro switch. This combination of valving and high pressure nitrogen gas keeps the tires in constant contact with the road helping to ensure safety through enhanced control. It delivers a superior ride and better stability during acceleration and cornering all at the same time. The rear 3"-1/2" diameter shock will give you a 4"-5" suspension lift.

Installation Instructions: (1) Safely secure motorcycle on lift. (2) Remove seat and lift gas tank in upright position. (3) Use a jack to put some pressure on swingarm towards shock and remove OEM shock absorber. (4) Bolt-on new air shock using stock hardware. (5) Install elbow fittings and the 1/4" nylon tubing to new shock, route airlines to storage compartment "under passanger seat" and secure lines. (6) Blue dot on control valve goes to compressor. (7) Red dot on control valve goes to red dot on air shock. (8) Yellow dot on the control valve goes to the yellow dot on air shock. (9) Install switch harness to the left or right side of the bike (your preference) 2 -1/4" block with 1" centers holes. Draw patteren out and use cross hairs to represent where to drill for center of circle. (10) Connect switch harness to the control valve. (11) Connect Red wire with 1/4" loop from valve to aux. on circuit breaker. (12) Connect circuit breaker battery to battery positive +. (13) Connect compressor red wire with bullet connector to female bullet connector on control valve. (14) Connect both black ground wire (compressor & control valve). (15) The longer switch on harness controls up and dump. (16) The short switch on harness controls rebound & release. (17) Left bike with longer switch (check for air leaks). (18) Adjust ride height with short switch (check for air leaks). (19) Done!

When fully lowing bike, make sure bike is on a flat surface. If on a hill, make sure kick stand is down before slamming the bike.
Make sure switches are at center (off) position, so you don't use up your battery.

Trouble Shooting: (1) Switches not working (fuse, ground wire, positive wire, or loose wire). (2) Bike lowering while riding (bad fitting connection to air line or kinked, twisted air line).

Don't forget those Wheels to finish off your bike.
